Southland Christian Academy is deeply saddened by the loss of one of our kindergarten students.  Kaitlyn Lea went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 19.  All of her friends and teachers will miss her sweet smile and friendly spirit so much.  Her sister, Madison, attends SCA as well.  Please continue in prayer with us for her family and loved ones.

Visitation will be at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, on Tuesday, Oct. 23, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visitation will resume Wednesday, Oct. 24, from 10 a.m. until service at noon, officiated by Bro. Mike Wynn. Burial will be at Evergreen Memorial Park.

Southland Christian Academy will dismiss at 11:20 a.m. on Wednesday to allow our students and teachers to attend services.  The Child Development Center will provide after school care for students who need it.
